1. Service Description

1.1 GetATradeNumber ("we", "us", "our") provides business number services exclusively for legitimate business use in the United Kingdom. Services include the provision of local area numbers for inbound calls, featuring mobile phone diversion, caller ID, call greetings, and inbound minutes based on subscribed plans.

1.2 We cater solely to UK business customers. Each new customer undergoes a manual verification process to ensure legitimacy, which is why new orders typically take approximately 2 hours to process during working hours.

2. Customer Verification

2.1 To maintain the integrity of our services and protect against abuse, we manually verify that each new customer is a legitimate UK-based business. This verification includes checking for an online presence such as a website, Google Business page, reviews, Companies House registration, or other verifiable information.

2.2 Orders that do not meet these verification requirements will not be fulfilled and will be canceled. This ensures that our business numbers are used appropriately and that our services run smoothly.

3. Regulatory Compliance and Privacy

3.1 Use of GetATradeNumber's services requires regulatory compliance with our software partners and applicable regulations. During the initial signup, we ask for your personal and business details to set up the business numbers. This generally includes your name, contact number, email, address, and business name. Payment details are securely stored by Stripe, a compliant and reliable payment provider.

3.2 GetATradeNumber adheres to strict privacy policies under our supplier guidelines and its own standards. GetATradeNumber does not sell any collected details and implements best practices for data storage.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Our services operate on a subscription-based model, offering flexible billing options of monthly or yearly payments. Each plan comes with a 7-day free trial period. To initiate the trial, we require card details upfront to verify the card. Stripe handles all payment processing through GetATradeNumber's secure website portal, ensuring the highest standards of security and trust. Stripe may perform a pre-authorization or verification, but no funds will be charged until the trial period concludes.

4.2 After the 7-day trial period, the agreed-upon amount will be automatically charged to your provided payment method. This charge will recur as per the subscription plan selected during checkout.

4.3 Subscription payments will continue to recur until canceled by the subscriber. Please note that subscriptions or plans will not be refunded after the trial period has ended and payments have been made.

4.4 You may cancel your subscription at the end of any billing period. Once canceled, your subscription will run its course and will not renew for subsequent periods.

4.5 Accounts are established upon signup and submission of business details, including the area to serve for correct number allocation, greeting setup, and voicemail forwarding preferences.

5. Service Activation and Changes

5.1 Upon signup and submission of required details, service activation typically completes within approximately 2 hours during working hours. We manually check new customers to ensure they are UK businesses with an online presence (website, Google Business page, reviews, Companies House, or other verifiable information). Orders that do not meet these requirements will not be fulfilled and will be canceled.

5.2 Numbers allocated may occasionally change due to supplier updates.

6. Use Restrictions

6.1 Business numbers provided by GetATradeNumber are strictly for legitimate business purposes, such as signwriting, advertising, marketing, and website use. They are not to be used for spam or any illegal activities.

7. Data Collection and Usage

7.1 GetATradeNumber collects and processes certain information necessary to provide business number services, including but not limited to numbers dialed, incoming calls, voicemail content, and other related communications ("Service Data").

7.2 Service Data is collected to facilitate features such as call diversion to mobile phones, voicemail storage, and caller identification. This data is used solely for operational purposes to ensure the functionality and security of our services.

7.3 GetATradeNumber implements robust security measures to protect Service Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7.4 By using GetATradeNumber's services, you consent to the collection and processing of Service Data as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. This data may be shared with regulatory authorities if required by law or in response to legal requests.

7.5 GetATradeNumber does not condone or support piracy, illegal activities, or misuse of its services. Any misuse, including but not limited to unauthorized access, tampering with service settings, or illegal call activities, will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.
