How will I know when a call is from the business number on my mobile?

We can set up the business number with caller ID. So, when the call is diverted to your mobile phone, you will see 'Business Name,' and you will know the call is from the business number.

Can I add more than one number to call divert?

Yes, you can add as many diverts as required. However, remember that customers will only wait for so long. If you divert to one mobile and it is not answered, and then it goes to another after a while, the customer is likely to hang up. It’s your choice, although we recommend diverting to only one number.

Is there a contract?

No, you pay monthly in advance. If you cancel midway through the month, no refunds are given. There is no contract; you just pay monthly. If you cancel, the service will run until the end of the current month you paid for. If you do not renew, or if the renewal fails for some reason, the service is suspended.

How do I choose the area I want for the business number?

When you sign up for the service, we ask you for the area you want for the local number. We will then check our stock for the area you require and supply you with a number.

Where can I use the business number?

You can use the business number for signwriting on a van, advertising and marketing, websites, AdWords, Facebook, etc. The business number is designed to be the primary contact number for your business.
